Veronica Ortiz is our UAE Partner, bringing a Human Resources degree and over a decade of global recruitment experience to IDEALIA Consulting.
As Director of OG Talent, Veronica has built a reputation for crafting innovative strategies and fostering a culture of excellence. She specialises in connecting Allied Health professionals and General Practitioners with career opportunities across Australia, while also supporting clients with access to both active and passive talent through customised recruitment solutions.
Veronica’s career spans multiple industries and geographies. She has held senior talent roles with Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Vodafone, and Hays, where she sourced, attracted, and retained exceptional talent, developed graduate programs, and built strong employer brands. Earlier in her career, she worked internationally as a Business Development Manager at ASAP Worldwide, leading projects across Peru, Mozambique, Mexico, Lebanon, and Turkey, and collaborating with both public and private sector leaders.
Her approach is defined by long‑term relationship building, meticulous attention to client needs, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities that transform careers. R. Moses Thomas
R. Moses Thomas is our Singapore Partner, bringing more than 30 years of global expertise in financial management, international arbitration, and corporate transformation.
Moses has advised clients worldwide on strengthening monetary policies, implementing best‑practice processes, and achieving sustainable growth. His experience spans arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising facilitation, and real estate projects, alongside certification auditing for ISO 42001:2023 AIMS Lead Auditing. He is recognised for introducing initiatives that improve transparency, reduce expenses, increase productivity, and enhance client support across complex portfolios.
He has successfully negotiated legal documents such as MOAs and MOUs, overseen capital expenditure processes, and built strategic partnerships with service providers and vendors. His work includes conducting due diligence during mergers and acquisitions, managing outsourced services, and collaborating with government representatives to deliver tailored financial solutions.
In addition to his financial and arbitration expertise, Moses is a certified AI auditor. Beginning in 2026, he will lead IDEALIA’s online AI workshops and auditing practice, guiding clients through responsible adoption of artificial intelligence and ensuring compliance with emerging standards.
