The facilitator accepts no responsibility for decisions made or actions taken based on training content. Participants must ensure their use of AI tools complies with organisational policies, privacy obligations, and applicable laws. Confidential, personal, or sensitive information must not be shared during the session. The facilitator does not collect or store participant data beyond registration information required for training delivery. All training materials remain the intellectual property of the facilitator and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
